When booking on our website, you can add insurances if needed. Our insurances can be either bought separately or as a package deal. Unfortunately, you cannot add insurances after booking. 

Claims can be made directly with the insurer. All details can be found in the insurance policy sent via e-mail. As a travel agency, we are unable to assist in the handling of any insurance claim.
